gpt-4.1, gpt-4.1-mini and gpt-4.1-nano (2025-04-14), gpt-4o (2024-08-06 and 2024-11-20) and gpt-4o-mini (2024-07-18) retire on Foundry, three months after OpenAI's own shutdown of these models. Microsoft lists gpt-5.1 as the replacement for the two gpt-4o versions. Fine-tuned deployments of these models run until October 2027.
