As TeqEngine grows, we’re adding senior engineers who own work across the full stack. Introductions are welcome; specific openings and terms will be discussed individually.
What you could work on
- Take a scoped outcome from a user need through frontend, backend, integrations, and deployment.
- Direct agents through planning, implementation, testing, and review with useful context and explicit constraints.
- Inspect, debug, and improve agent-generated work; remain accountable for the architecture and behavior of what you deliver.
- Build AI workflows, model integrations, retrieval, and MCP tools where they serve the product.
- Own interaction quality, accessibility, permissions, failure states, tests, evaluations, and observability within your work.
- Work with the engineering lead to resolve tradeoffs and leave clear operating context for the client team.
What we’d like to see
- Senior-level ownership of complete features across frontend, backend, and deployment.
- An established AI-native engineering practice, with examples of agent workflows and how you verify their output.
- Strong software fundamentals and the ability to diagnose problems across the stack.
- Product judgment and attention to interface quality, including error handling and recovery.
