As TeqEngine grows, we’re adding hands-on engineering leadership. Introductions are welcome; specific openings and terms will be discussed individually.
What you could work on
- Translate a client problem into architecture, bounded work, and acceptance criteria that senior engineers can act on.
- Stay hands-on across the stack: resolve difficult integrations, review critical changes, and guide implementation choices.
- Shape the agentic engineering workflow: context, task boundaries, permissions, review, and verification of agent output.
- Coach senior engineers while giving them ownership of complete features and technical decisions.
- Own engineering quality across user experience, APIs, data, security, evaluations, deployment, and handoff.
- Explain technical tradeoffs and surface delivery risks clearly to clients and the team.
What we’d like to see
- Technical leadership of a delivered system, with a clear account of your own engineering contribution.
- Practical AI-native engineering experience: how you direct agents, review their work, and catch mistakes before release.
- Strong judgment across application architecture, interfaces, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and security.
- Experience helping senior engineers work independently while maintaining a shared quality standard.
