When we need additional senior capacity, we reach into a network of engineers we have worked with directly or who have come through a strong referral. We do not post open positions and we do not run multi-stage interview gauntlets for hypothetical roles.

Bench profile
The people we bring in for engagement work tend to share these traits. We do not require all of them, but the closer the match, the more likely scope will line up.
- 10+ years of senior software engineering experience.
- A track record of owning production systems end-to-end — architecture through deployment, not just implementation tickets.
- Direct experience with one of: agentic AI / MCP / LLM evals, large-scale platform engineering, regulated data systems, or AI-native consumer product builds.
- Comfort working principal-to-stakeholder. No engagement-manager middle layer.
- Async-first, time-zone-flexible, capable of carrying scope without daily oversight.
